Wolfspeed’s CGHV96100F2 is a gallium-nitride (GaN) high-electron-mobility transistor (HEMT) on silicon-carbide (SiC) substrates. This GaN internally matched (IM) FET offers excellent power added efficiency in comparison to other technologies.
